Do I need an account to buy?
No. Buy as a guest. We only ask for an email so we can send your confirmation and tracking — not so we can become part of your life.
Are the rude ones actually printed?
Yes. What it says on the design is exactly what turns up on your wall. Read it twice before you order it for your mother-in-law.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Each clock is printed to order, so production starts fairly quickly. If you've had second thoughts, email [email protected] as soon as you can and we'll do what we can. No promises — but more effort than the products would suggest.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 5–7 business days, shipped from within the United States. You'll get a tracking number once it ships. The days were going to pass anyway; at least now something arrives at the end of them.
How much is shipping?
Free. The price you see already includes standard US shipping — one fewer thing to be annoyed about.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — United States only for now. Sorry. Genuinely, this time.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified processor. We never see or store your card details.
What's your returns policy?
Because every clock is custom-printed to your specification, we can't take it back for a change of heart. If it arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it. See the full Returns & Refunds Policy →
